Arrival to Mexico City International airport and take transfer to the hotel. Relax in the evning and stay overnight.
Take breakfast in the morning. Move for Half day guided visit, including the most important buildings in the historical centre located around the “The Zocalo”, the Cathedral, National Palace, to admire the famous murals of Diego Rivera. Continue to the modern part of the City, ending at the Anthropology Museum (closed on Mondays), one of the World’s 10 best Museums. Return to your hotel (tour duration approx. 05 hours). Overnight stay in the hotel.
Morning breakfast in the hotel. Go for guided excursion to the famous Teotihuacan Pyramids, approx 05 hours excursion starting with a visit to the Virgin de Guadalupe Shrine, place of peregrination of millions of Mexicans and people from all around the world. Continue north of the City, to the Teotihuacan Pyramids, where we will visit the Sun and the Moon Pyramids, the Quetzalcoatl Temple and the fortresses. Free time – for those who like to climb to the top of the Pyramids (on their own risk!). Return to your hotel stay overnight.
This day must be Monday or Wednesday to Start Circuit in Poza Rica.Have leisurely breakfast in the hotel and take transfer to airport, on time to check in flight bound to Poza Rica, in the state of Veracruz. Upon arrival you will be met by our local representative and transfer to Fiesta Inn Poza Rica hotel. Afternoon is free for leisure. Overnight stay in the hotel.
After morning breakfast take drive about half an hour to the archaeological zone of El Tajin, situated among hills and covered in tropical vegetation. Among el Tajíns special features are rows of square niches on the sides of the buildings, a huge number of ball courts and sculptures showing human sacrifice connected with the ball game. Then drive to the magic town of Papantla, where you will visit Cristo Rey chapel in gotic style, the cathed and central park with its particular kiosko. Continue to arrive by shore of costa Esmeralda to Veracruz. Accommodation at Emporio Veracruz hotel, including breakfast.
After beakfast drive to Xalapa and will visit first the museum at Ex-Hacienda El Lencero. House of thye ExPresident Antonio López de Santa Ana, within you will find furniture of that time, personal belongings of this important person. The place is surronded by beatiful gardens, a lake and coffee plantations. We continue to Xalapa Capital of the State of Veracruz, where we will visit the most important points of interest, such as National Palace, The Cathedral, the University of the State, the second most important Museum of Anthropology in Mexico, that lodges important pieces of the prehispanic cultures such as the Olmecs, Totonacas and Huasteca. Visit to the Village of Coatepec known as today as one of the magical Towns in Mexico, you will be sugested places to have lunch and buy artcrafts. Afterwards we will arrive to the interactive museum of the coffee to learn about the process and taste different types of coffee. You will have also the opportunity to visit the plantations considering the season ( Oct – Nov – Dec – Jan – Feb ) and see the workers selecting the crop and have the chance to talk to them and value the work. Return to Veracruz and stay overnight.
Morning breakfast at the hotel. Departure toward to Santiago Tuxtla to visit the main plaza known as La Plaza de Armas, we will discover the enormous head made out of Stone that is unic symbol of the Olmec cultura, which weights 36 tons, we will continue to San Andres Tuxtla town known for their tobacco industry, here we will have the opportunity to see the making of the cigars and cigarettes. Continuation to the waterfall of Eyipantla located in the Comoapan river a beautiful and natural pectacle with a 40 meters of width and 50 meters of height, afterwards we will be transferred to the magical and mystic town of Catemaco, we will bewitched and enchanted by the place, the artcrafts, it´s church and pier will dealite our visit. Finally we will ride a motorboat around the lagoon and reach the ecological site of Nanciyaga where we will be directly in contact with nature, a short guided stroll through this tropical jungle wich is a part of the ecological reserve of the Tuxtlas, the beautifull site, birds and animals will make us pass a moment of reflection and inviting us to preserve our wonderful world. Return to Veracruz and overnight in the hotel.
After having leisurely breakfast at the hotel you will be having Free time for personal effects. According to flight timings you will be transferred to the Airport to catch flight to hometown.
